Consumer Behavior Consumers or in other name buyers, users, decision makers or seek information. Consumer have some varies, for example want goods with low price but with the best quality, want a fast service, willing to spend a lot of money for the desired goods, or likes to bargain, compare products and prices, find good product, follow the trend, see the benefits and willing to queue for hours to get new products at a prime price, pay more for quality products, and tend to use credit cards. Consumer behavior depends on the age level as in young consumers, they are like to follow trends, quickly adopt high-tech products, clothing, accessories that their favorite celebrity wore, prefer the desire rather than need, always want what others have and also want to be different.  Consumer behavior defined by Peter and Olson as the dynamic interaction between the influence and cognition, behavior, and events around us, where humans do exchange in our life, while according to Ujang Sumarwan, it is defined as all activities, actions, and psychological that encourage such actions at the time before buying , when buying, using, spending products and services after doing the above or evaluating activities. The types of consumers can are individual consumers who buy goods or services for themselves, family members, or as gifts and organization consumers who purchase other equipment and services to run the organization's activities. Consumer behavior is important to be learnt because of the dynamic and interesting consumer behavior, it also illustrates the things happening around the consumer, the company can attract new customers and retain the old customers, for business people to design the right marketing strategy for each targeted country, and consumers in order to control behavior to be a wise consumer and can protect themselves. Consumers make decisions through 6 stages, namely the introduction of needs, information search, alternative evaluation, purchasing, and customer satisfaction. A product can be introduced to the consumer through advertising. Advertising is an effective medium for introducing products and persuading consumers to buy them, but over time, consumers need to be careful and careful of false advertising that informs lies so consumers are required to be critical and do not easily believe. Products are also introduced to marketing, which is the process of identifying goods and services that consumers need and assuring them that they need the goods and services they offer.
